Christmas is a busy time for ringers. All Saints is a busy parish with a lot of services, and whichever you attend we know you like it to begin with ringing.
For several years we haven’t been able to ring for the Nine Lessons & Carols (because we couldn’t compete with the music rehearsal before it) but this year we can, so we will be ringing for all the services.
If some of us look a little weary as we descend from ringing at 9.30 on Christmas morning, bear in mind that after ringing for six services within 20 hours we might be thinking of having a rest.
We hope that our ringing will help to bring joy to your Christmas.
